Founded in 2018, ArchaeoExploration is a tax-exempt non-profit foundation with a clear mission: to advance archaeological field research and safeguard cultural heritage. Focusing on often overlooked regions, such as the Central Asian steppes, the Arctic, and the expanse of the Pacific Ocean, the foundation aims to make significant strides in these hard-to-access areas. Through careful internal evaluation and selection processes, ArchaeoExploration strives to bolster archaeological field research, contributing to a deeper understanding of the Eurasian Continent and the Pacific's rich cultural tapestry.

Tax-exempt status has been granted by the Swiss authorities. The foundation undergoes a yearly audit (UID CHE-346.271.31).
